Lack of updates

Sorry for the lack of updates people and the fact that we STILL haven't finished putting all the photos of our last trip... but we've been soprt of hamstrung by not having the laptop. Its been in getting repaired for nearly 3 weeks now... turns out when the cable on the headphone socket got yanked it didn't just break the sound port, but also put in a small hairline crack in the motherboard... so after waiting months for the part to arrive from Japan, the tech guy couldn't put it on. He's now getting us a new motherboard for free (rather than about £200 he thought it would be) as he is owed a favour by his Toshiba distributer and I think he wants to get me out of his hair as I keep hassling him :) Anyway, we were meant to get the thing back last friday, but they still have it as they had to source an Australian motherboard. Sheesh!


Anyway, I've also been hassled a few times now by a certain father about putting a picture of our car on the site... so here it is. This is Madge the Vauxhall (I still call it Holden) Vectra. She's 10 years old, in good condition, and loves long romantic drives down to the sea-side. This weekend she's taking us to Bath for the Christmas Markets. Should be great.

Anyhoo, back to work.
